Q: Why are the prices not shown?

A: At Headline GmbH only registered traders or wholesellers can see prices or place orders. If you are a dealer you sign up for free and without obligations. After successful activation, you can see prices and place orders.


Q: How do I register as a Wholeseller at the Headline GmbH?

A: You sign up for free by clicking at the "Register" button on the Home screen. Once you have completed all registration information, and accepted, you will receive an e-mail with all details and information, where you can send a fax including a copy of your business license. Once we have this, your account will be activated by a live operator.


Q: Can I register without a VAT number?

A: You can also sign up without a VAT number. For this you have to leave us your valid business license.
Please note that we can not take your order without a valid VAT. We are obliged by law to request this.


Q: What can I do if I have lost/forgotten my password?
A: If you have forgotten your password, you can easily request a new password online by clicking here.



2) Ordering

Q: How can I add products to my cart?

A: By clicking on the shopping cart icon. Once you have placed the product into the cart, you can easily switch to the cart by clicking in the upper right corner of the shopping cart icon.


Q: Do I need to register before ordering?

A: You must register at the online site as a wholeseller before you can order or view prices. We only supply to retailers.

4) Delivery time

Q: How long does the delivery take?

A: We can not influence the delivery time. Generally the delivery time in Germany takes 48 hours.

Q: Does Headline GmbH only ship to Germany?

A: No, Headline GmbH ships worldwide. If your Country is not available in the shipping list, please let us know.


Q: Which shipping service deliveres the goods?

A: The headline GmbH supplies with UPS or DPD. Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number and can view this at the website of the delivery service.



5) Complaints & Returns

Q: Can I exchange an item?

A: items which were shipped wrong or have an error in their condition can be sent back and we will exchange them. Please contact our Support team before you sent something back.
WARNING: You are responsible for the back shipment. If the back shipment is not paid, we will withdraw it from your refund amount.


Q: Can I exchange an item if I do not like it?

A: No, we only sell to wholesellers which means that you can not give things back just because you do not like it. Therefore, please clarify all questions before ordering from our support.


Q: Can I exchange an item if the size is slightly off?

A: No, we only sell to wholesellers and it is not possible to sent things back because of minor variations in size.
